In-flight dining is a universally uncomfortable experience as food is prone to movement during turbulence. Airlines also produce mass amounts of food waste. By creating depth within the tray table for a customizable, modular food caddy to slide inside, food will be secured in flight whilst giving passengers only the food they will eat.
